As President of MultiCare Inc., Robert K. Cordero is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, reliability, and compassionate care. Under his leadership, MultiCare continues to build trusted relationships by providing safe, dependable, and patient-centered solutions that improve access to quality healthcare.
Dispatcher / Customer Service
Maria joined the Multi-Care team in 2011 and was promoted to dispatcher in 2019. She has experience in scheduling, providing translation services for our patients and customer service. She has most recently revised Multi-Care's policy's and procedures to insure we are in compliance with state regulations.

Daniel has over 10 years of customer service experience. Prior to joining Multi-Care he worked as an office manager and graphic designer for a clothing line. He is happy to join the Multi-Care Team!
Administrative Assistant / Billing Manager
Susan has many years of experience in the case management/transportation field. She spent seven years as an office manager at M.O.R.E. Rehabilitation before joining Multi-Care. Her tasks include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, collections, and preparation of weekly and monthly financial statements.
Billing
Michelle has been employed by Multi-Care since of 2000. Her duties include billing, new patient charts, accounts receivables and preparing of invoices. Michelle’s professionalism and customer service skills are tremendous assets.
Southern New Jersey Regional Manager
Ed has been with Multi-Care since 1994. Starting as a driver, he has worked his way to his current position by excelling at every level of management. Ed handles hiring of personnel, contracting with vendors and scheduling in our Cherry Hill office. Ed’s knowledge of the Delaware Valley Region has proven invaluable to Multi-Care’s success.
Toms River Office Manager
Joanne is a registered nurse and case manager who has managed our Toms River office since 1994. Previously she was a case manager for ten years with Medical Occupational Rehabilitation Enterprises (M.O.R.E. later re-named P.S.I.) Joanne handles the scheduling of transports in the Shore area.
