John Scanneli

Lead Dispatcher

John has nearly 30 years in the transportation industry. He served as transportation director for the Irvington, South Plainsfield, and Morris School Districts, responsible for all facets of each operation, including: driver training, route scheduling, maintenance of vehicles, and managing and maintaining the departments' operating budgets. Prior to joining the Multi-Care team, John worked at All Points Car and Limo Service for 12 years, serving the first two years as a dispatcher and then as its operations manger.

Raymond Diaz

Dispatcher / Customer Service

Ray has over twenty-five years of customer service experience and is fluent in English and Spanish. Prior to joining Multi-Care he worked as a dispatcher and central operator at the Robert Wood Johnson/Barnabas Health Hospital and Trauma Center. He is trained in Fire and Decon Safety, as well as CPR certified. He has knowledge in medical related operations and light patient care. He is happy to join the Multi-Care Team.

Susan Ziliotto

Administrative Assistant / Billing Manager

Susan has many years of experience in the case management/transportation field. She spent seven years as an office manager at M.O.R.E. Rehabilitation before joining Multi-Care. Her tasks include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, collections, and preparation of weekly and monthly financial statements.

Michelle Cerstvik

Billing

Michelle has been employed by Multi-Care since of 2000. Her duties include billing, new patient charts, accounts receivables and preparing of invoices. Michelle’s professionalism and customer service skills are tremendous assets.

Ed Purkins

Southern New Jersey Regional Manager

Ed has been with Multi-Care since 1994. Starting as a driver, he has worked his way to his current position by excelling at every level of management. Ed handles hiring of personnel, contracting with vendors and scheduling in our Cherry Hill office. Ed’s knowledge of the Delaware Valley Region has proven invaluable to Multi-Care’s success.

Joanne DeLuca-Norcia R.N.

Toms River Office Manager

Joanne is a registered nurse and case manager who has managed our Toms River office since 1994. Previously she was a case manager for ten years with Medical Occupational Rehabilitation Enterprises (M.O.R.E. later re-named P.S.I.) Joanne handles the scheduling of transports in the Shore area.

Maria Guerrero

Translator

Maria serves as a translator for our Latino patients. Since joining Multi-Care in 2011 Maria has shown her versatility by transporting patients, dispatching, and performing a number of clerical skills.
